Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your luggage in its original shipping box, ensuring all hangtags, protective covers, and accessories are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
